Established in 1999, Wuhan Xinghuan Aluminium Co., Ltd is a high-tech enterprise which has been specializing in manufacturing aluminium strip used in PE/PEX/PERT-AL-PE/PEX/PERT pipe and PPR pipe for more than 10 years. There are 180 excellent members in our company including 15 senior technicians. In order to guarantee the quality from the source, our company has separately set up factory and office in Xuchang city and Wuhan city. After more than 10 years development, Wuhan Xinghuan has been one of the greatest aluminium strip supplier in central China.
We have adopted several top-tech production lines in the world today to meet different requirements of customers from worldwide. The leading products include aluminium strip used in PE/PEX/PERT-AL-PE/PEX/PERT pipe, aluminium strip used in PP-R pipe and aluminium strip used in cable. Anneal sales reaches more than 5,000 tons from which domestic market takes 60 percentages while overseas market shares the rest. Our customer groups are mainly from Europe, Asia, North Africa, and the Americas, which include Rifeng pipe-the leading pipe manufacturer in China, FRANKISCHE and Westfälischen in Germany. The main production lines contain straighten and first cleaning line, first annealing, second cleaning line, cutting line, second specific annealing oven, test equipments for Tensile Strength, Elongation, Vickers Hardness, Surface Quality Degree, Peeling Strength and so forth. Each coil of our aluminum must be completely qualified with GB, EN, and ASTM before delivered out.
